1 out of 5 starsI ordered the peacock cufflinks on November 11th, and received a purchase confirmation stating that they would be mailed in 3-5 days as they were NOT customized pieces. Over 3 weeks later I attempted to contact Lisa, and did not receive a reply. I wrote her again asking where the cufflinks were, to which she responded that she had "just had a baby" and was behind on her orders, that the resin had "just been poured and needed 2 days to dry" (keep in mind this was 3 weeks AFTER receiving an email saying they would be mailed out within 3-5 days). It is now 10 (yes TEN) days after the email from Lisa, and I still have not received the cufflinks. I attempted to email her again 2 days ago asking for a tracking number showing the items had been shipped, and still have not received a reply. Lisa was very quick to process my payment, but has dropped the ball on getting my order to me in a reasonable time. Having a baby is not an adequate excuse for poor customer service, and does not negate your obligation to those whose money you were quite happy to take. I will not be purchasing anything from her again, and will certainly not recommend her shop to others.
